Ken
I made this composite of two photos of Ken Winstead that Brian sent me. Both are by Don Whitman of Western Photography Guild, and although the poses are quite similar, they impress on differing levels.
You know how goofy I go over good studio lighting, but I like the outdoor portion of this one a little more than the indoor. Both are excellent. however, as you say.
The open hands suggest a prayerful/meditational posture for me as in opening himself to some sort of blessing(s)... Come to think of it, I have something to put in his hand.
I like both shots equally. His chest hair does not show well, but the lighting is good in both shots. Interesting pose, IMHO.
ReplyDeleteYes both shots work well and Mr. Winstead was a handsome guy.

DeleteRight. It also made me think of Al Jolson.
