He has a happy look on his face. I like the way his chest, right leg, and groin are in light, but his left leg seems shadowed. Could that be the development?
That is Joe Napoli, posing as Greg Bradford, in a series shot in Bruce Bellas's garden in Los Angeles. The only thing I don't have is a date, but Napoli was active in the 60s.
