Hans Suren
When I first saw this, I thought it was a Riebicke, but Google Images
says it is by Hans Suren from a 1936 Olympic themed book.
This one was probably inspired by FKK, and may have even used former FKK models, but the Nazis had broken up the organization by the time this photo was made. I just did some googling, and it seems that Mr. Suren was known to have been active in FKK and was allowed to continue nude photography by the Naziis.
There's an air in this similar to that one above that I thought might be FKK.
