Fine musculature
This unknown model shows off some fine musculature.
There was a process called retouching that had been around since the 1920s, but it was mainly used to erase flaws in portraits and not to create mass and definition. Some Hollywood actresses (and a few actors) were actually known for releasing retouched publicity photos. So to answer the question, probably not.
Incredible definition. AND a cockshadow for us fans.
