I grew up on a ranch in West Texas, so I have some personal experience with naked cowboys. Unfortunately, vintage nude photos of genuine cowboys are very rare, so our Monday theme
will rely on physique models. We start with the most authentic looking of today's lot,
Blackhawk whom I think was photographed by Bruce of LA with a horse.
Was (is) it common for guys on the ranches to be naked?
ReplyDeleteOnly when swimming (as long as no females were around) and sometimes inside the bunkhouse.
DeleteShowers, of course. No one wants to be covered in shit. But yeah, rural nudity is largely functional.
DeleteShowers, indeed. That's mostly what I meant about them being naked inside the bunkhouse as they would walk around that way after showering. Oh, and when it was really hot they would sleep nude without covers.
