Tennis, anyone?
Muybridge often photographed his subjects simultaneously from different angles.
This shot shows the same tennis serve from two aspects.
Multiple cameras. I have posted sets in the past which I believe show the model in the exact same position from different cameras at different angles. I'm not sure about the one above, although they look mighty similar.

Did Muybridge use multiple cameras, or did he have the models pose multiple times?
