Cricket is an affliction found in Aus, New Zealand, the UK, and several countries once colonized by the British. Fortunately we seem to be immune to it here.
I've been told that cricket evolved from baseball, and they do seem to have some things in common but I haven't figured out anything about the scoring system or the rules.
