Die Schönheit means simply "beauty" in German, and it was the name of an early 20th Century magazine which featured male and female nudity. It was not, strictly speaking, an FKK organ,
but there was some overlap in style, photographers, and models. This is from 1925.
This is perhaps my favorite photo in this series. Such a well-put-together young man!
ReplyDeleteTrue, and my only regret is that the image quality of the magazine is not so great.
DeleteI also find the Photo wonderful! Really a very a Schönheit! I did look for the Magazin to find out more about it. They were very fond of eugenics and almost never showed older people. Here are some Photo Series of the Magazin, just 2 with men.

Thank you for the link!
DeleteWhat's "FKK"?
ReplyDeleteFreikorperkultur or free body culture, a German back to nature movement that featured a lot of nudity beginning in the early 20th C.
