My notes don't say so, but I think these are Australians.
some more location trivia! the bumper sticker on the bins also shows the letters "PM" which identify a Perth, Western Australia, radio station (formerly) called PM-FM.
I wouldn't be surprised if they were Australians! Funny how we can be so readily identified! 🤣
