Collier was originally based in Erie PA, moved to Virginia Beach VA and collaborated with publisher H.Womack who had his main office in DC. The DC establishment couldn’t stand the fact that such publishing was done in the nation’s capital and went after Womack, Collier, Crowther and Guyther in 1960 on obscenity charges. Rex in DC
