This photo of Andy Kozak shows Kovert's willingness to photograph men with hairy bodies at a time when smooth was considered more useful for showing off muscles. Kozak got rid of his body hair at various times during a professional modeling career in which he worked for Kovert, Denny Denfield, Bob Mizer of AMG, and likely others based on the number or unattributed photos of him.
