Muscle man
While the muscles are nice, most of your eyes will be drawn somewhere else.
Body beautiful on the strand, he fills his suit well. He could be at Muscle Beach in California, Blackpool or Brighton in England or Cannes in France, beaches known for their musclemen.
Long pleasure pier in the background, of course muscle boy is what draws attention to the foreground. Perhaps a California beach from those vintage times….:)

Not crowded enough to be one of those places, unless the photographer shooed everyone away.

I hadn't noticed the pier, but there it is. They have a lot of those in the UK.
