Someone was trying to be artistic, but did not quite make it. Jerry, do you have any clue as to WHEN this dates from? Both males appear to be circumcised...or they've skinned back their maleness. No offense.
I would guess 1920s, and I think it is by the same photographer as the last photo in today's series. Same enumeration and same garish lighting of the subject(s),
