Brian Idol
I wasn't expecting to find Brian Idol in the Bobco section of a physique photography
retrospective publication from the early 1970s, but there he was. He looks quite young.
Bob Carr of BobCo is the one who came up with the Brian Idol stage name. He was Lance Engel for Franklin Studio and Lance Ingram for Malibu Models. He was born in Minneapolis as Brian Arthur Hengel.
I wasn't expecting this either. Great find!
ReplyDeleteWhen I come across items like this in the future, I'll probably send them to you.
DeleteI quiver with an-tic-paaaaay-shun! Thanks!
DeleteBrian Idol never fails to please...
ReplyDeleteHe's still very popular fifty years after his heyday.
