Nick and Phil
These two not at all convincing wrestlers are Nick Martin and Phil Miles.
I agree. Looking at my group of Nick Martin and Phil Miles duos, it's definitely not them, but the composition looks very similar. BTW In all 4 photos I have of Nick and Phil wrestling together, they're both wearing white briefs.
Looks like Buddy and Bruce again, to me.
