Our final photograph barely qualifies as early 20th C. at 1933, but it's quite good.
I just looked it up: the model’s pose is absolutely reverse-identical to Adam’s except for his fingers. Interesting that the photographer went to all that trouble yet missed that tiny detail.
The lighting is well-done, the one and composition are perfect. It almost has a "classical" aura.

DeleteHe could have made it intentionally a tiny bit different, or they could have messed up.
