German sculptor Ernst Moritz Geiger created Bogenschutze (Archer) in 1901. Above are
two views of what is perhaps the best known version in Potsdam, but others are
in Hanover and Dresden. (I featured the Dresden version in an earlier archery set.)
There are also a number of indoor versions in circulation, as shown below.
