Lanky
This lanky fellow is enjoying his day at the nude beach.
I'm pretty sure this is a cropped picture of Joe Webber, with his wife Diane Webber missing from the right side of the image. The Webbers were a famous nudist couple, and Diane (AKA Marguerite Empey) was a PLAYBOY centerfold, model, and actress in early '60s TV and movies, often playing a mermaid.
Ed Lange did a lot of photos of them in the late '50s that were turned into a book, "Naked and Together: The Wonderful Webbers"-- and this photo appears to be from a shoot Lange did of them on the beach, with another image from the session offered at auction here:
