Based on the sheer number of images extant, I'd say Charles Kassapian was one of Gregor Arax's favorite models. This photo shows his muscle development quite well.
Always lovely to see a classic body building pose done nude. So much better..to me even a posing pouch spoils the line of the body. Oh that competition were held nude.
It's very rare, but I have seen a few occasions when posing strap or trunks photos have been strikingly flattering of the male form. Bob Mizer and Don Whitman come to mind as photographers who had that occasional ability. Having said that, I agree with your point overall.

Indeed Jerry he was almost an 'exclusive' Arax model and I keep wondering if he was more than a model ?
