This is "Under the Shower," a woodcut by East German artist Jurgen Wittdorf from 1963. There was a politically constrained art scene in East Germany, but nudity was apparently not a problem.
I've looked at what there is of Wittdorf's work on Google Images, and it isn't nearly as interesting as this piece, although there is some proletarian beef with clothes on.
Great woodcut - good contrast of light and shade. Not familiar with the artist but would love to see more.
