Shower 1956
This is "Standing Nude in the Shower" from 1956 and I think it is excellent.
I think the red tone might not have been literal, as in a sunburn, because Park sometimes used dissonant color as part of his "figurative" style, which was semi-abstract. On the other hand, sometimes a sunburn is just a sunburn, lol.
Beautiful colour contrast! I agree with your assessment,Jerry.
ReplyDeleteIt is rather good. The light from the window shining through the shower curtain. Body red from the sun?
