Robert Rex?
This came to me unidentified, but I'm pretty certain that it's Robert Rex by Pat Milo.
Milo's use of this sort of lighting was something he successfully did on a routine basis.
Yes, and I will be pointing out in the coming series on him that they kept proliferating during his modeling career . . . beyond the point of being appealing in my opinion.
My sources also say Robert Rex / Pat Milo.
