Likely Oettinger
Although my source didn't clearly indicate, I'm pretty sure this is one
of the Clifford Oettinger photos from the Lake Michigan shore.
I have to say that it's absolutely beautiful in every way.
This is one of my all-time favourite photographs of Vic Seipke. His pose has elegant fluidity and movement, the sand reflects his skin tone and his trunks reflect the water. If that is not all, but everything - including the colour - reflects the time - his hairstyle, his trunks and his build. A superb mid-century study. It doesn't get better than this.
