His feet seem to be under water. Other parts are not, however. What's the date on this, approximately? He is not circumcised.
I think that it is just his footwear that makes it look that way.
Right, I think he's wearing boots.

Reminds me of the old A&P on Royal, or the original Matassa's-Dee Exx
I hated going into that A&P, but occasional trips were unavoidable. I usually hauled in groceries from my favorite Winn-Dixie in Ponchatoula.
Yeah, I'm not claustrophobic, but the old A&P made me nervous...Matassa's, OTOH, even remodeled now, makes me feel right at home-Dee Exx
