Somebody drew an arrow pointing at one member of this happy group.
You mean an African-American? No, if you look close enough, he looks more like he has Pacific Islander-southeast Asian facial features and because his face is darker, it’s more tan than the rest of his body, which would’ve been clothed usually. The second gentleman next to him is wearing what looks to be a modern cap and sporting a mustache that looks more from the 1960s and early 70s during the Vietnam war… As is the rest of the clothing looking more military issue from the 60s and/or 70s…
