  1. Colorful portrait of Paul Roche, one time muse and lover of Duncan Grant, and both part of the illustrious Bloomsbury set.
Grant was a wide ranging artist, in painting, textiles and ceramics.
He had many triumphs and disappointments.
He designed and created some beautiful murals, carpets and textiles for the RMS Queen Mary that were rejected by Cunard.
Today he is considered one of the great artists of Britain and one who presents the best of Scotland. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇬🇧

    1. There are nice collections of his work at Kelvingrove in Glasgow and the National Gallery of Scotland in Edinburgh. I highly recommend both museums.
