Anyone who has followed this or my old tumblr blog knows that I have a thing for late 19th and very early 20th Century studio male nudes.  This is my current favorite. probably because it loosely follows a Classical motif and has a naturally well formed model.

  1. This is wonderful. Presumably done as an action pose of an artist model reference for those unable to attend a class. A nicely built fairly mature man with, I think.. a classic Victorian tache. Speaking as a life model I would use the cloth "tourniquet" to stabilise the position of both arms and the head. neat idea...one to try..thank you including this one.
