Complicated
This is the most elaborate of today's offerings, requiring no less than 26 men to complete.
Probably so because most of the men have buzzed haircuts. What's with the 2 guys on each end who are wearing swimsuits? Some officers getting in on the fun? It does look like these are foreign soldiers.
They look too old to be CCC boys. Any idea of the background story here?
