This picture came up in a random search for statues of Neptune, but had no location info.
It looks stained in places and like the legs are peeling, but does have merits.
Edited to add: Google Images says this is the Neptune Fountain in Florence.
Google messed up. The Neptune Fountain is in The Piazza Della Signorina. You have a picture of it above. This could be in Florence, but I don't know where. I've never seen it.
I wondered about that because the two statues are not very much alike. This looks like a fountain in a garden, and like you say, it could still be in or around Florence.
