Director's chair

Although it doesn't appear to have been shot on a movie set, this photo
of Bruno in a director's chair likely alludes to his movie career.

  1. I like it for the "unusual" setting. He always looked so serious. Was he like that in his movies, too?

    1. Interesting question. I probably saw one or more of his movies at some point, but I don't remember.

It really has the Mediterranean type that I love. He must certainly have Italian origins!!!! I'm going to look in my archives if I don't have this guy's behind... His ass must have been a real marvel!!!

    1. I'm pretty sure his background is Italian-American, Albert. I've had several people send me derriere photos, so expect to see them here at some point. Any you have to offer would certainly be welcome additions.

  3. Back in the mid 70s I had a friend who lived in New York City in the Village - he used to see Bruno on the street regularly and said he was much shorter in person than he looked in photos - was Puerto Rican and had a heavy accent -

    1. Interesting details. Thanks! A lot of these guys were shorter than we might think. Mizer published heights and weights on many of his models, and some of them just didn't seem to match the images.
