High dive?
These men give the impression of being about to take a very high dive.
They seem to be quite friendly, even touchy-feely.
As for cultural differences in regards to touchy-feelyness, we had some Filipinos in our boot camp company. Our Company Commander told us that Filipino men regularly hold hands and touch each other's butts, and not to be concerned about it. And sure enough, there was a lot of hand holding and butt touching among them.
That said, that second guy from the left is a major yum!
Don't forget that back then, that sort of touching probably was not assigned sexual overtones. Guys even washed other guy's backs.

Before sending me on a business trip to India a former boss (who knew I was gay) told me that men holding hands was just a gesture of friendship.
