George Platt Lynes
This is the great George Platt Lynes, a photographer
of male nudes who was not afraid to pose nude himself.
La tragédie qu’était le GPL, si talenteux. Strange how when a man is renown and successful with many colleagues and friends, that when his fame and fortune slip from him, how the many colleagues and friends are nowhere to be found, except for the loyal few.
He died tragically young, but left an amazing legacy. We will never know if he would have found commercial success. As it was, he struggled with finances right up to the end.
