Stagg
The photographer for these two photos was apparently someone named Stagg,
but I haven't been able to locate them despite several searches.
I had posted the photo below several years ago,
but only discovered the top one and the verso stamp recently.
I 'm guessing Los Angeles, California, which does have a 700 block of S. Hill St. and did have a Broadway telephone exchange, probably before dialed telephones.
