Finishing the series with a somewhat furry guy holding a trophy
that looks a lot like a 1950's era lamp my grandmother used to have.

  1. Jerry, la lampe de ta grand-mère était en fait le trophée que le gagnant lui avait donné alors qu'elle était en vacances dans un camp de nudiste LOLLLLLLLLL

Jerry, your grandmother's lamp was actually the trophy the winner gave her while she was on vacation at a nudist camp

    1. Well, she did once drive herself over 400 km to attend a lecture by Aldous Huxley.

    2. Whenever I think of Aldous Huxley I am reminded of his unfortunate timing. His death nearly went unnoticed. He died the same day JFK was assassinated.

    3. Huxley had apparently been coaxed into giving the lecture Granny attended in about 1937 somewhere around Taos or Santa Fe, NM. A friend in NM sent a telegram to let her know about it, and I have searched and searched for details, but can't find any. He stayed in a mountain cabin owned by D.H. Lawrence, btw.
