Today I'm featuring six of my favorite physique models in photos for which I have no photographer attribution. Five of them have had their own series here at least once, and the sixth will soon. We start with Bill Grant, who is standing next to a column that ought to be a clue as to the photographer.
Edited to add: See the comment by James IV for his ID of the artist as Pat Milo. I agree.
Bill, who was a handsome guy, looks particularly good in this photo. His body is in great shape. And he is definitely sporting an oiled "semi". Which looks particularly good also!
ReplyDeleteSome time ago I found this photo on the net with no attribution. I knew it was Bill, but I labeled it as "Photographer Unknown" -- although I had a strong suspicion it was Milo. Earlier this year I saw this photo displayed on a page of a dozen or so Milo photos. The page was a dedication to Pat Milo. I took that as confirmation.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I'm usually ambivalent regarding shaving models' torsos. But in this case it sure made Bill's muscles shine! It is, hands down, my favorite photo of Mr. Grant.
Thanks for the Milo ID. The use of the column and the lighting also match Milo's style. I agree about the quality of the image of Bill Grant.
DeleteWow, a remarkable physique. Bill's lightly oiled semi perfectly balances his musculature.
ReplyDeleteI find your 'chatter' about these models interesting -- I'm afraid I grew up in a non-gay conscious world and so I missed much of the information and pictures you show. My favorites are the men with nice bushes and 'average' bodies -- I realy think was passes today is second class at best.
ReplyDeleteI agree with your assessment of today's images, and for a lot of us, the stories behind the photos hold almost as much interest as the photos themselves. Thanks for commenting!
DeleteAnother beautiful photograph of Bill Grant. While I usually prefer seeing models with their body hair there is no denying that being shaved and oiled truly highlights Mr. Grant's considerable assets.
ReplyDeleteLike I've said many times, he never fails to please.
