This photo is said to have been made in Chuck Renslow's Chicago apartment in 1959.
The models were identified by my source as two street hustlers, Giller and Williams.
I'm sure they both had lots and lots of clients.
Used by kind permission of copyright holder, Leather Archives and Museum of Chicago.
If they were hustlers, they probably did this shoot just for the bucks. The look so serious, don't they? That halo around the blond male's head is cool.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure it was all about the cash.
DeleteFrom the Kris film The Plumber Comes released in 1969. John Giller (left) and Larry Williams.
ReplyDeleteThanks, James! I thought this might have been from a film.
DeleteChuck Renslow did use props at times, but I don't recall seeing the chain used in other stills from this film.
