Well, Christmas certainly came early for me this year, Jerry. Thanks again for this excellent series. There were quite a few photos that I hadn't seen before which made it even more special.
Thank you, Jerry, for such quality. At this time of year, it is worthwhile remembering that quality goes far further than quantity, and I have had an excellent sufficiency, thank you!
There may be a subtle (or is it not so subtle?) message about the "standards" of the era. This type of image was not publicly displayed or distributed until decades after Lynes' untimely death.
