Uncertain dating
Our last unknown artist may be a modern trying to look vintage,
but I'm including it because I find it quite good.
A Google image search found it on this page by Grand Central Atelier, an art school in New York: http://grandcentralatelier.blogspot.com/2012/12/ It is by Anthony Baus, a student at the school, and it is in a list of student work from Fall, 2012.
It almost looks like the model's picture was pasted on the background.
