Medical text
I think this is from an Eastern European medical text.
another anonymous (not the same of the preceding comment), yes, it is czech, I ran a test to check if it could be slovak, but it is czech 100%. Note is the early 80's it was published in communist czechoslovaquia a book called "anatomie pro výtvarníky" (anatomy for artists) with hundred of nude male photos, many full frontals. It was a gay dream...
I assume the stunning model was an athlete? Slightly odd to apply this form of anonymising. Especially from a part of Europe with liberal views regarding nudity. Perhaps as it was for medical use, rather than art?
At least they got in the important part in the photo on the right!
