The dodgy source I got this one from said it was "Pakko by Colt Studio."

  3. I can't help you. I had an extensive "Colt" collection, butlost it in a flood. I don't remember anyone called Pakko, though.

    1. Google is our friend. Apparently, Pakko was briefly a model for Target Studio in the 70s, but not Colt.

    4. It certainly is! As long as grandfather clocks have been around, I wonder how old the clock weights term actually is. I'm sure there has always been a percentage of guys with low-hangers!
