I have a feeling these are military men, but I can't be sure.
No dog tags or uniforms anywhere in sight.

  1. It's been common practice for soldiers not to wear their ID/dog tags while bathing and PT. The early style tags (1906-1940) were made of materials Metals that didn't hold up to perspiration and water. That photo looks like 1930's haircuts and the men all look like they're in good shape.

    1. Thanks for the details. Makes sense about not wearing early dog tags.
