Ed Quirk (a pseudonym) founded Metecue Associates in Ypsilanti, Michigan in the 1960s as a successor to the earlier Quirk Studios. It was all over by 1974, but I do have a medium size collection of his work, so here's another Metecue series, starting with a model known only as "Rondo." Unfortunately, I was only able to find two other photos of this great model, both posing strap.
I really like how the light reflects off his beautiful black body to create highlights. I wish there were some close-ups of Rondo.
ReplyDeleteOne of the two posing strap photos I have has more of those nice highlights. I promise to post it in the next Metecue or African-American model series.
