Helios
This is from Helios, a popular European nudist magazine.
The lower part is not clear, but I thought it might be a "kettlebell" hand weight (an older style elongated version; contemporary models are pictured here: https://www.google.com/search?q=Kettlebell&rlz=1C1JZAP_enUS1069US1069&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8).
No, that isn't a horseshoe. I can't figure out what it is, but there must be something that he has his hands holding, where a horseshoe would be open.
