I wish I knew more about this photo which came to me labeled only,
"Pat Rocco, 1970." It looks later than that and seems like a movie still.
Definitely not Pat Rocco. The model in the foreground, drinking beer, performed as Ron Stevens for Nova Studios. I think this was from a late 70s issue of Honcho or Mandate.
I know what you mean. The way the light hits both men's packages is indeed striking.
