Horseman
Bruce couldn't do a rodeo series without at least one horse, and here it is. The setting
here is leafy for the usual rodeo scene, but I have been to some in and around woodsy parks.
And everything about this cowboy says, "I'm the real deal."
This feature damn near gave me a heart attack. It is ... hard to pick a favorite, but I'll go with this guy. Some of your best work is on these authentic farm, ranch, and cowboy features. I'm gonna praise you like I should.
Wow, thanks Leroy! I do have an advantage for this, having been born and raised on a ranch in West Texas by a multi-generation ranching family. I keep looking at this one because of that confident, happy, and well cared for horse. This is a great example of an important relationship for a real cowboy.
Again I sense a bit of swagger, and again, a friendly grin. Good shot!
ReplyDeleteThis may sound odd, but his horse looks comfortable, too. That's important when the two of you make your living together.
DeleteInteresting. I had not considered that aspect.
