Tibor
OK, it's not Pat Milo perfection, but this well lighted derriere shot of Tibor Noszkay is very good.
You'll see Tibor in Part Two in a very different shot with a different spelling of his name.
This is a really good photo by Barrington of one of his most popular '60s models.
According to Rupert Smith's biography, Basil Clavering first photographed Tibor and sent the photos to John saying 'He's far too pretty for me, dear boy. Much more your cup of tea, I think'.
Apparently Barrington never fell in love with Tibor but recognised he was a great model. He photographed him many times and they remained friends for almost 20 years.
Great contrast here, isn't it? What is that object running beside his right leg?
ReplyDeleteI think that's a small architectural feature such as a column or a balustrade support, perhaps a corner piece from a railing.
