In the woods again
This woodland and stream photo resembles one earlier in today's
series by Clifford Oettinger, but I have no attribution for it.
I have always been a massive Glenn Bishop fan and so thank you very much, Jerry, for a very pleasant time on a lazy Sunday afternoon. The Bob Mizer Foundation biography of Mr Bishop states that he featured in nearly all the physique magazines of the time, including Adonis, Body Beautiful, Demi-Gods, Fizeek, Grecian Guild Pictorial, Mr. America, Muscleboy, Muscle Builder, Muscle Sculpture, Muscles-a-Go-Go, Physique Artistry, Popular Man, Strength and Health, Trim, Vagabond, Vim, The Young Physique and Zing attesting to my contention that physiques such as his are in fact far more popular than the heavier, bulkier models.
GBD! What a great Sunday surprise, Jerry. Thank you so much! He is/was a gorgeous man. This is my favorite of your selections. It captures his perfect body symmetry as well as his stunning good looks. A lot of fragmentary things have been written about him, who knows what is true? I took this shot of him during our weekend tryst at Oak Creek Canyon. Absolute paradise! Vik
So very much, but now you have introduced me to Andrew Kozak, another beautiful specimen but with a natural beauty like none other. Quite a contrast to Mr. Bishop. I'm just a fickle SOB, Jerry. Again, thanks for making my day!
He looks younger in this shot than in previous ones. Any idea of his age here and over all?
ReplyDeleteThe Bob Mizer Foundation biography of him states that he started modelling at the age of 17.

ReplyDeleteWow, what a list of magazines! And he regularly had the cover spot as well. Thanks for the info, Julian!

DeleteGlenn Bishop, en härlig Adonis i en naturlig utomhusmiljö.
ReplyDeleteSå önskat av fotografer och beundrare av den manliga formen.
