Man and rocks
Rod Crowther was based in the DC area, so I'd say he shot this one either
in one of the westside parks, or even farther west in Virginia or Maryland.
The rather serious looking model is unknown, at least to me.
Cold have been Great Falls, just outside DC. Back then, I would guess it was not heavily populated nor visited.
