Palawan 1945
In the first of several military and two boating themed photos,
these two World War II soldiers are posing with a small sailboat.
Despite the degraded quality of the print, what with the sky and the water, I think this really is a rather wonderful shot. If it was an amateur job, the photographer intuitively knew what to do with hidden talent.
