Sailor?
Our last Kovert of Hollywood model in today's series has
those swallow tattoos that are often associated with sailors.
Yes, the hair would be right, too. He certainly isn't a body builder - but fit nonetheless. I think this must be another matelot from one of the Navy bases earning some beer money.
Freddie Kovert's career was short, and its entirety was during the period in which oil was most heavily used in physique photography. So no surprise. And yes, the quality of the models (and occasionally the staging) make up for it.

Man, Kovert was big on oil, wasn't he? His good looking males and unflinching nakedness make up for it, IMHO.
